1) Onlineticketshop sells only authentic tickets. If you for some reason were refused entry to an event we will reimburse 120% of the total purchasing amount, and handling costs. Send a written claim for a refund to Customer Service within 5 working days after the event – including the tickets.
2) Onlineticketshop send your tickets as soon as possible. If the tickets for some reason arrive late you will receive a reimbursement of 120% of the total purchasing amount, including shipping and service fees. Obviously this does not apply if you have missed an attempted delivery from the courier, it is a pick up or late pickup. Even if we have informed you of late arrival before sending your package you will still receive a full reimbursement. Fortunately, this is not common. Send your written claim within 5 working days after the tickets have been received for a full refund.
3) Onlineticketshop offers their visitors a unique experience. The cancellation of an event is a big disappointment. We understand this and are happy to participate in an appropriate solution: Onlineticketshop offers based on availability the chance to use similar tickets to visit alternative dates of the event or the right to a refund of the total amount, including shipping, unless the cancellation is the result of force majeure (eg receivership or bankruptcy of the organizer).
We do ask for your cooperation. Please contact our customer service within 5 working days after it has become clear that the event is canceled. They can then check the availability of alternative data submission. Would you like to return your ticket? Send a claim for a refund to Customer Service within the same timeframe by registered mail.
