Live Biography
Live (formed 1988, Pennsylvania, USA) is an alternative rock band popular in the US, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Its line up includes Ed Kowalczyk, Chad Taylor, Patrick Dahlheimer, and Chad Gracey. Live released its debut album ‘Mental Jewelry’ in 1991. Mainstream success came in 1995 when the band’s album ‘Throwing Copper’ (1994) hit number one on the Billboard 200, eventually selling more than 12 million copies worldwide. On September 14, 2024, the band released their latest album, ‘Radiant Sea: A Collection of Bootleg Rarities and Two New Songs.’ Beginning March 2024 the band will undertake another promotional Live tour. In the course of promoting the new album, the Live tour will also visit a few festivals during the summer of 2024.
