Kraftwerk Concert

Since its inception in 1970, Kraftwerk has toured 35 countries on five continents. The group’s impressive body of work, live improvisations and mesmerizing videos has made any Kraftwerk concert a staple among lovers of the experimental music genre. A Kraftwerk concert is an opportunity to see the artists who invented an entire genre of popular music made with computers and sequencers, to pay homage to the creators of hymns for a society that has made technology its god. Such a concert may perhaps be the opportunity to absorb the performers’ aura (of seemingly synthetic men) or to reflect on a man-made creation encroaching of the core of humanity. Whatever your persuasion; Kraftwerk is worth watching live. Purchase from Onlineticketshop, where your desired ticket awaits you. At Onlineticketshop, the best tickets can be had conveniently, securely and speedily.

Kraftwerk History

Kraftwerk (formed 1970, Dusseldorf, Germany) is an electronic music, sythnpop, techno, experimental rock band. Its founders, Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider had wanted to create a new and positive German cultural identity, unlike other modern German musicians of the time who copied mostly famous British artists. The group’s sound that emanated in the 1970s and 1980s was revolutionary for its time and influenced diverse genres of popular music. Among famous artists, David Bowie was the first to admit to the influence of Kraftwerk. The band released the albums “Kraftwerk” in 1970, “Kraftwerk 2” in 1972 and “Ralf und Florian” in 1973, but their critical and commercial success did not come until the release of “Autobahn” in 1974. The four succeeding albums “Radio Activity” (1975), “Trans-Europe Express” (1977), “The Man-Machine” (1978) and “Computer World” (1981) were the most influential.
