Room Eleven Biography

Formed in 2024 when Janne Schra posted on a Utrecht University message board for someone to write songs with, Room Eleven have never looked back. Now comprising of five members; Janne Schra, Arrien Molema, Tony Roe, Lucas Dols and Maarten Molema, Room Eleven bring a whole new aspect of Jazz to a strong ‘pop’ world in a quite daringn, musical move; and as a result of this more young people of today are finding an attraction for Jazz and what it represents. The slow, almost lazy way Janne Schra approaches hits like ‘Bitch’ with gives her an ethereal aura which leaves a lot of fans hanging onto her every word. As a band, Room Eleven have a long way to go yet, they’re just beginning.
