Tenacious D is an American comedy rock duo composed of the famous funny man Jack Black and guitarist Kyle Glass. The two broke into the music scene when in 1999, they starred in the show “Tenacious D” which aired on HBO. In the show, the men sought to prove that they we indeed “Greatest Band on Earth.” Since that show, Tenacious D as a band released two studio recorded albums and even starred in their own movie entitled “Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny.” The band is most popular for their 2024 singles “Tribute,” “Wonderboy,” and “Fuck Her Gently.” Their latest successful release was “POD” in 2024.
