The Wombats Biography

Originally formed in 2024 the three members who formed The Wombats are Tord Øverland-Knudsen from Norway, and two Liverpudlians; Matthew Murphy and b-vocalist Dan Haggis. The three men met while studying at Liverpool University of Performing Arts which ultimately led them to stardom. It was the University who paid and sent them to China where they performed their first overseas concert. Following the success of their first album, the three band members have been elevated to almost super stardom status and sell out everywhere they go. The Wombats are destined for higher things, and this we’ll surely see very soon. Keep your eye out for The Wombats concerts and tours near you!
