Why is there another name on my ticket?
The name that you see on the tickets, is the name that we used to purchase the tickets at the event organiser. These details must be displayed on the ticket to guarantee the validity of the ticket. The tickets are not personal. This means that whoever is in possession of a ticket, has access to the event, regardless of the name displayed on the ticket. It is solely important that the unique barcode on the tickets is legible.
