What should you do in case you are refused entrance to an event?

What does the 120% ticket guarantee entail?

On the basis of the proof of refusal that you received from the organisers of the event and the scans or photo's of the tickets with which you tried to gain entrance, we will investigate the reason of refusal. If the cause is with us, you will naturally receive the paid amount back fully plus an additional 20%.
