Why is there a different name on my ticket?

I haven't received confirmation of my order. What should I do?

When will I receive my tickets?

It is not possible to cancel bookings that have already been made and paid for. After a ticket has been delivered to you, we cannot resell it because we wouldn't be able to guarantee a unique ticket to a new purchaser. It is for this reason that we don't cancel tickets that have already been delivered.
