Why is the price I paid not the same as on the ticket?

We are a reseller and base our prices on the demand for tickets and their current availability. Our prices can therefore fluctuate and may be higher or lower than the original price. We consider transparency to be very important, which is why we always state the original price of the tickets alongside our own prices. We don't like hidden costs and that's why the price shown is the price you pay.

When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent to you within one or two working days. Issue is sometimes delayed by the organiser, something which often happens with sports events, so it can sometimes take longer before we can send your tickets to you. If this is the case, we will inform you in your confirmation e-mail. In any case, you will receive the tickets at least two weeks before the event. Direct download If it says 'direct download' next to available tickets, you will be able to download them within one working day of placing an order. If you pay with iDEAL, you will receive your tickets within three hours. The tickets have been reserved The tickets have been reserved for you but we don't yet have them in stock. They will, however, be sent to you at least two weeks before the event, depending on availability.

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel bookings that have already been made and paid for. After a ticket has been delivered to you, we cannot resell it because we wouldn't be able to guarantee a unique ticket to a new purchaser. It is for this reason that we don't cancel tickets that have already been delivered. Tickets are 'time-limited' or leisure products under the law and are therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal from an online sale. I haven't received confirmation of my order. What should I do?

Once you have reached our thank you page after payment and have received an order number, your booking is final. Even if you don't receive a confirmation by e-mail, but your payment was successful, your order is definite. If you have doubts about whether your payment has been received, get in touch with our customer service department before placing a new order. What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, the amount that you paid for the tickets will be refunded. The amount will be repaid into the account used to place the order within 21 days.

What happens if the date of an event is changed?

In most cases, your tickets will remain valid for the new date and you can go to the event then. If that isn't the case, we will contact you and you will receive new tickets. If for any reason you can't go to the event on the new date, we request that you contact our customer services department as soon as possible. The times/dates of football matches can sometimes be changed on short notice. Please be aware that tickets for football matches are valid for a specific match and not a particular date and time. It is advisable to book your journey and any accommodation with sufficient flexibility and to keep an eye on the club website in case of any changes.

What types of ticket are on sale?

Onlineticketshop offers different categories of tickets depending on the event. The most common are:

• Seats: First tier, second tier or floor

• Standing: Normal standing area

• Golden Circle / front of stage: Standing area closest to the stage

• Admission tickets: General admission tickets - free-standing area or seats depending on event

Why can't I order an odd number of tickets for some events?

What we offer is based on what we have in stock, which means that we sometimes only offer an even number of tickets for an event. If you would still like to order an odd number of tickets, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to arrange it for you.
